Quick Access Toolbar

Follow these simple steps to customize your Quick Access Toolbar:

1. Access the Toolbar menu: Click on the drop-down arrow at the end of QAT which contains a list of popular commands suggested by Excel.
   • Simply check or uncheck the commands to add or remove them from your toolbar such as Sorting the data to ascending or descending, Email the current workbook in just one click, Spell check your data and Print Preview your worksheet.
2. Explore More Commands: To add commands that are not listed in the default list, you can always click on More Commands at the bottom of the menu.
   • A new window will be opened which allows you to explore all commands in Excel from basic to advanced.
   • Select a command as per your requirement which is displayed in the left pane and click on Add to insert it into your Quick Access Toolbar.

• If you use VBA macros, you can add them to the QAT for quick access.
• By default, the QAT is located at the top left corner of Excel (above the Ribbon), but you can easily move it below just by selecting the option from the drop-down menu.
