Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 2 working days after approval.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must not have been downloaded or accessed. Due to the nature of digital content, once a product is downloaded, refunds are not available.
Non-Refundable Digital Products
Certain types of digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable software
- eBooks
- Templates
- Add-ins
- Any product labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain promotional or sale items
To complete a refund request, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return digital products by contacting the developer or distributor directly.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- A digital product was partially downloaded or accessed but failed to work due to an issue on our end.
- Refund requests for items purchased more than 15 days ago may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced digital products are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Digital products cannot be exchanged. If a product is defective or corrupted, contact us at contact@unleashedexcel.com for assistance in providing a working file.
Gifts
If the digital product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and has not been downloaded, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed once the refund is processed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for digital products within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. After 24 hours, cancellations are not available.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to contact@unleashedexcel.com with proof of purchase.
No cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellation of a digital product marked as non-refundable or promotional is not permitted.
