Dashboard Features:

• Select any week (1 to 52) from a drop-down menu to update all graphs and tables dynamically

  • Expenses vs. Income Graph: Expenses shown as a column chart and income as a line graph

Expenses Sheet:

• Track expenses for up to 10 categories
• Each category allows for 10 subcategories

This template provides an easy-to-use interface for weekly financial tracking, making it ideal for households, freelancers, small business owners, or anyone managing a detailed budget.

How to Use (Step-by-Step):

1. Set Your Week:
   • Open the Dashboard sheet.
   • Select a week (1 to 52) from the dropdown. (The weeks will be automatically added based on the data updated in the Expenses and Incomes sheet).
   • The graphs and tables will update automatically.
2. Log Expenses:
   • Go to the Expenses sheet.
   • For each category (up to 10), record weekly expenses under the appropriate week.
   • Subcategories allow finer tracking, with totals calculated automatically.
3. Log Income:
   • Switch to the Incomes sheet.
   • For each category, record weekly income amounts.
   • Totals are calculated for you.
4. Define Categories:
   • Customize the expense and income categories in the Categories sheet.
   • Replace default names with your own.
5. Analyze Trends:
   • Review the graphs and tables on the dashboard for:
     • Income vs. Expenses.
     • Category-wise breakdowns.
