Convert Case - Change Text Case in Excel

Text & Data Processing

The Convert Case tool allows you to quickly change the case of text in your Excel cells. Whether you need to convert text to UPPERCASE, lowercase, Proper Case, or Sentence case, this tool handles it all with a single click.

How to Use

  1. Select the cells containing text you want to convert
  2. Click the Convert Case button in the Text & Data Processing group
  3. Choose your desired case option from the dropdown menu
  4. The text will be converted instantly
