1. Submit Feedback
Allows you to submit their feedback about the tool directly.
How to Use:
- Click on the Submit Feedback button under the Info menu in the Eagles Tools tab.
- A web browser will open, redirecting you to a page where you can enter your Email and Feedback.
- After submitting your feedback, your input will be sent to the tool’s development team for review.
2. Check for Updates
Checks if there are updates available for the tool and provides an option to update to the latest version.
How to Use:
- Click the “Check for Updates” button in the Info menu.
- A pop-up will appear displaying the Current Version, New Version, and Release Notes.
- Check for Update: Clicking this button will check if a new version is available.
- If no update is available, you will be notified with the message “You are using the latest version.”
- If there is any update available, a pop-up will appear confirming that an update is available. The message will advise you to save all open workbooks before proceeding with the update.
- Once you confirm, the New Version will be displayed, along with the release notes for that version.
- Update: When you click Update, you will be asked for confirmation that Excel will be closed automatically and reopened after the update is installed.
- If confirmed, the update will proceed, and Excel will close and reopen with the updated version of the tool.
- Close: Clicking this will close the update form without performing any updates.
3. About
Provides detailed information about the tool, such as the product name, version details, system requirements, copyright information, and terms and conditions.
How to Use:
- Click the “About” button in the Info menu.
- A pop-up will display the following information:
- Product Name
- Version Details
- Overview of the Tool
- System Requirements for running the tool
- Copyright and Terms and Conditions related to the software.
- There will also be a Contact Us button that allows you to reach the support team for any inquiries or issues.
4. License Details
Displays information about the product’s license, including the type and expiration date, as well as options to register or activate the product.
How to Use:
- Click the “License Details” button in the Info menu.
- The following information will be displayed:
- Product Information
- Registered Email Address
- License Type (e.g., LifeTime or Trial)
- Expiration Date (if applicable)
- If the product is already registered, options will be available to Activate the tool.
- If the tool is not registered, you can click Register to enter your email address to get the license key in your registered email address during purchasing within 2 hours.
- A pop-up will open where you can enter your registration details.
- After registration, the tool will show your license type and expiration date.
