Below is the list of Excel keyboard shortcuts that you can use in your day-to-day activities in Excel to make your work faster. If you are navigating through sheets, formatting cells, or complex calculations, these shortcuts will save you much time and reduce your efforts.
How to Use Shortcut Keys
If you notice the shortcuts below, you will see that there are two types of separators. One is a plus sign and another is a comma separator.
- The plus (+) separator indicates that you should press all the shortcut keys together. For example, Ctrl + N means pressing and holding both Ctrl and N simultaneously on your keyboard.
- The comma (,) separator indicates you should press each key one after the other by releasing each key before pressing the next. For example, Alt, H, B, A means pressing the Alt key, then H, then B and finally A in sequence.
