Tips for Effective Use
- Target Specific Ranges: Before using any tool, select a specific range if you want to limit its action. If no range is selected, the tool will analyze the entire worksheet, which might be unnecessary for smaller tasks.
- Clean Your Data First: Use tools like Select Blank Cells or Select Error Cells early to clean up your dataset. This ensures smoother data analysis and prevents issues in formulas or calculations.
- Audit and Verify: Tools like Select Formula Cells and Select Non-Formula Cells are great for auditing. Use them to quickly verify calculations and ensure data consistency across your worksheet.
- Use Wildcards for Patterns: Take advantage of Select Wildcard Match to identify and work with specific patterns, saving time in filtering and organizing your data.
